At Righteous Sun, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To help us provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. By booking services with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
*General Cancellations: We require 48hrs notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
*Cancellations must be made by contacting us at righteoussun00@gmail.com during business hours. If you send a message outside of business hours, the cancellation will be processed as of the next business day.
*Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
*No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. Repeat no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
*We reserve the right to modify or cancel your appointment if necessary. In such cases, we will notify you with 72hrs and offer to reschedule at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a FULL REFUND will be provided.
*Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of the request, subject to the terms outlined above.
